At CtrlAltSwag, we aim to deliver high-quality products that you’ll love. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we follow a limited refund policy to ensure fairness and sustainability.
We offer exchange or replacement only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

The following are not eligible for return/refund:
Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
Change of mind / dislike of design
Customised / made-to-order products
Minor color variation (due to screen differences)
This aligns with most swag/print-on-demand brands where returns are restricted due to custom production
Refunds are applicable only if:
Replacement is not possible, OR
Product is out of stock for exchange
Refund Details:
Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Credited to original payment method
For COD orders → refund via bank transfer / UPI
Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Reverse pickup may be arranged (if serviceable)
If not, customer may need to ship the product
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
Once production starts, cancellation is not possible
Slight delays may occur due to production timelines
We reserve the right to reject invalid claims
