We accept returns within 7 working days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items with removed tags, visible signs of wear, or damage will not qualify for return.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are customized, made-to-order, or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund after verifying the claim.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is initiated for reasons other than damage or defect.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier issues or incorrect return shipping details provided by the customer.
