However, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to photography, screen resolution, or the handmade nature of some products. Such variations will not be considered defects or grounds for return unless otherwise specified.

All prices listed on our platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments for purchases must be made in full at the time of checkout through our secure payment partners, such as Razorpay or PhonePe. We do not store any card or banking details.

Our shipping timelines are generally 1–2 business days for ready stock and 5–7 business days for custom orders. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier partner’s policies.

We accept returns within seven working days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Items with removed tags or visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return. Products must be returned in the same packaging and condition as delivered.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or government restrictions.

All content on our platforms—including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics—is the property of Ctrl Alt Swag and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.
