In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?
No. These charges are applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quick quality check. Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval and will reflect in your original payment method or wallet depending on your mode of payment.
When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
After the returned product passes our quality check, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days. You'll receive tracking details via email/SMS once shipped.
I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?
Our courier partner will pick up your return within 2–4 working days from the date the request was created. Please ensure the product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?
Exchange pickups follow the same process as returns — within 2–4 working days. Once received and inspected, your exchange product will be shipped out immediately.
What are the terms of the exchange policy?
Exchange can be done once per order. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Certain categories like accessories or sale items may not be eligible for exchange. Size exchanges are allowed only for the same product and same price range.
Is there a convenience fee to get a refund?
No additional fee is charged for returns. However, shipping, COD, or gifting charges are non-refundable.
Where should I self-ship the returns?
If your area is not serviceable for pickup, you can self-ship the product to: ctrlaltswag Returns Department, Office no. 2nd floor-sf-177, Gaur City Mall, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201301. Please share the courier receipt with us at Customersupport@ctrlaltswag.com or reach out to 8263843008 to initiate the refund.
The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
Refunds are processed for the amount paid at the time of purchase (after discounts). If you received a promotional or bundle discount, only the adjusted amount will be refunded.
